Why are words so hard to form now?
Is it the post-cancer hangover, post-Covid anti-social behavior, or just not knowing how to communicate these days?
Hi! I've been under a rock and I just know people think I’m rude. When I can’t think of the right thing to say immediately, I put a note or call aside and COMPLETELY gap on answering until it’s beyond unacceptable. Is it the post-cancer hangover, post-Covid anti-social acceptance, turning 58, getting zen and centered, or just not knowing how to communicate these days? Do you feel this way or is it just me and can you help me explain it?
I’m apologizing here first for not being present for those who love and care about me. I keep thinking I’ll snap out of it. I care, I really do. I don’t have the magic words like I used to and as healthy as I am—I’m still damn tired.
Anyway, I’m going to Peedham (aka Spiritual Disneyland) in India next week. I hear I’m buying kurtas, genie pants, sarees and scarves to wander the ashram and temple, chant mantras, attend ceremonies, practically levitate on the Star Path and volunteer at the hospital and schools. I’m so excited! I’m hoping this pilgrimage helps find my voice and congeniality.

Mudwtr in coffee with oat or almond milk foamed from the Breville Milk Café Electric Frother
The canister is never allowed to be empty here at my house. We love Mudwtr! I put a scoop in my coffee, electric whisk it and add amazing oat or almond milk foamed from THE BEST FROTHER—-EVER! I’ve tried (and returned) all the others. It seems pricey—when it’s used 3 times a day, cleans quickly and creates all the frothy, steaks, warm, cold goodness with one touch…it’s totally worth it!
